Historical Background

The school was founded by the visionary educationist Mahatma Rai Charan Bairagi, along with a group of devoted local education enthusiasts. Initially started as a secondary school, it earned its government recognition in 1970. Later, under the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the institution began offering college-level education in 2013, further expanding its contribution to higher education in rural Bangladesh.
